My love of health and wellness really happened by accident. I started struggling with acne at the age of 16; the experience effected every area of my life. I became frustrated after years of the conventional approach: pills, creams, and treatments that never gave me long term results. All I wanted was to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin.
This is what forced me to dig deeper. I began doing my own research and learned that I had to change my nutritional and lifestyle habits in order to get to the root cause of my breakouts. This is what finally changed my skin- and my life- for good. It was through that process that I realized the power of holistic health and healing. I was amazed, empowered, and encouraged.
